Hello, We get our bread and GF pizza crust from Finally Gluten Free Foods. Pete has his ingredients on his website for more info!
Hello!
We go to great lengths to ensure there is no cross contamination when preparing and serving our GF dishes. We have one fryer and all of our fried dishes are GF. We get our pizza crust from Finally Free GF foods and each pizza is placed on a separate metal pan for cooking. The pan is thoroughly washed after each use.
Our Pasta is prepared in a separate pot and our homemade desserts are prepared on a separate day and on clean surfaces.
We have separate utensils to butter garlic bread etc. We store our prepared lasagna etc in a separate fridge/freezer. Also, we just recently started the process of becoming Ottawa's first Certified Gluten Free Restaurant to make it all official! Yes we do! The corkage fee is $12 per bottle.
